How do I add employees to EMS?

Log in as Admin, navigate to "Add Employee" in the sidebar, fill in the employee details, and send them their login credentials. They can log in immediately.

What is the Desktop Agent?

The EMS Desktop Agent is a lightweight application installed on employee computers. It automatically logs attendance and allows live screen monitoring from the admin dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security and never sell your organization's data to third parties.

Can I use EMS on mobile?

The EMS web interface is fully responsive and works on any device including smartphones and tablets. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.

How do leave requests work?

Employees submit a leave request through their dashboard. Admins receive a notification, review the request, and approve or reject it. The employee is notified instantly.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. New organizations can use EMS with full features. Contact us to learn about our plans and which option fits your team size.
